These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Invocrea service. By using our service, you agree to these terms in their entirety.

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service define the conditions of use of the Invocrea service, a SaaS online invoicing platform enabling professionals to create, manage, and send invoices and quotes.

2. Service Access

Access to the service requires creating a user account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities performed under your account.

3. Service Description

Invocrea offers the following features:

• Creation and management of professional invoices
• Creation and tracking of quotes
• Client database management
• Customizable document templates
• PDF export and email sending

4. User Account

You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep this information up to date. You are solely responsible for the use of your account and must immediately report any unauthorized use to us.

5. Pricing and Payment

Our subscription prices are displayed on our pricing page. All payments are securely processed by Stripe. Payments are made monthly or annually depending on the option chosen. Any started period is due. You can cancel your subscription at any time; it will remain active until the end of the paid period.

6. Refund Policy

All payments are processed by Stripe. In accordance with our commercial policy, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances. By subscribing to our services, you accept this condition. Subscription cancellations stop future billing but do not trigger refunds for already paid periods.

6. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Invocrea service (software, design, trademarks, content) are the exclusive property of Invocrea. You retain ownership of your data and content created through the service. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to host and process your data for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Liability

Invocrea strives to provide a quality service with optimal availability. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Our liability is limited to the amounts paid during the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damages.

8. Termination

You can terminate your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account in case of violation of these Terms of Service, after prior notice except in emergencies.

9. Applicable Law

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction, after an attempt at amicable resolution.
